WHAT: This Sky Dancing Tantra introductory program will help you to use your throat center as your abode of inspiration, the door that opens to a joining of your heart and mind, sex and Spirit, and to deepen intimacy with yourself, your partner and all your relations! As we mutually create a safe and heart-full space, you will be able to discover and explore your authentic, whole-body voice. Using movement, breath, sound, guided visualization, laughter and unique throat-opening exercises, you will be amazed at your ability to speak from your truth and to express the Radiant Energy of Life we call our sexuality!

Diana Owens is a licensed clinical social worker, certified sex therapist, and relationship coach. She has trained extensively in and taught yoga, Sky-Dancing Tantra, and Yoga Meets Dance. Diana has a private psychotherapy practice in Prescott and Phoenix Arizona, and is an avid runner. She is a tireless advocate for the human body's ability to transcend all limitations.

Glenn Bourdot is a licensed massage therapist, lifelong researcher of the body-mind connection, and teacher of many diverse disciplines, including Re-Evaluation Counseling, Mankind Project, nutritional counseling, and sacred theater. Glenn is a singer-songwriter-guitar aficionado and long-time adherent of radical longevity.

What Is Tantra?

"When I smell a rose, I smell it in this moment, not yesterday or tomorrow, but right now, right here. And if I embrace that moment of smelling the rose as the prelude to a spiritual experience, if I invite the rose-smelling into my total being, aware both of the scent and my bodily response to the scent, aware of the softness of the pedals and the rose energy in my heart, then in that moment I am open to the fullness of who I am. This is tantra.

Tantric Laws of Intimacy
"Intimacy with someone else requires, first and foremost, coming to peace with your own emotional and physical life. This is not a small task, but it is a crucial one. It takes time and courage and forgiveness, coming from you to you. If you want a love affair that is sexually electric and truly intimate, you have to begin by unblocking and unleashing the sex force that is already inside you and learning to feel safe expressing it, in whatever way feels right to you. In order to do that, fear and rage and grief – feelings that you’ve learned to resist – have to be acknowledged and cleared out on a regular basis, and that alone can be one heck of a ride.

What I’m trying to say is that this whole process is going to take time. It’s going to take some time, a lot of tolerance, and a lot of deep breathing. Fasten your seatbelt and settle in for the ride.”
